Want to start a fitness program but have no idea where to start? 90's Body will put you through a head to toe hour long workout and teach you moves you can take home and work on all week long in the comfort of your own home. Join us every week for a new class set to the best of the 90's music to get your grooving. This class combines Pilates, Barre, Yoga and more! Will we use booty band? Kettlebells?
