Burning Body Wednesdays at 530pm
This full body circuit class is going to energize you and make you sweat! Join us as we turn up the tunes and sweat through a combination of BARRE, YOGA, PILATES with strength and conditioning moves to burn calories, build muscle and gain confidence!
All fitness levels welcome! Don’t be intimidated, we can always offer modifications to your intensity and make sure you are getting the most out of this exciting and energetic class! Bring your fitness or yoga mat to class and get ready to sweat!
Class spaces are limited, and tickets MUST be purchased in advance. Class starts at 530pm so make sure to come a few minutes ahead of time to get settled in.
There are no returns accepted for tickets purchased unless cancelled from the instructors.
