Yoga Body at 530pm on Fridays
Yoga Body is geared specifically for those just starting yoga or those who want to slow down for an hour. This class incorporates easy flowing sequences to warm up the body and slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength and balance. Great for both men and women or even couples staying over the weekend in Peddlers Village.
We ask you to show up 10 minutes prior to class starting and bring your own yoga mat, blocks, stretch straps, towel and water. We have these items to purchase as well or borrow during the class. There are no returns accepted for tickets purchased unless cancelled from the instructors.
