A Meditation Sound Bath Experience

Join us for an evening of relaxation and meditation. This sound bath will be an hour long event taking you on a journey through meditation and balancing your Chakras. We will be introducing you (or reintroducing) to crystal singing bowls, ocean drums and more. Join us for an evening of restorative calm with local healers. The resounding tones of crystal singing bowls will retore you to an energetic balance, while a guided meditation carries you through the journey.

Keep in Mind...

- Wear comfortable clothes. You may get hot or cold so make sure you are comfortable
- Bring anything that will support you being down on the floor in a meditative state for an extended period of time; pillows, extra blankets, bolsters, etc. We do have mats and blankets but they are limited
- Stay after and shop! You will recieve a complimentary discount for joining the class so why not allow your body time to process the class and do some shopping
-Make sure you bring water and stay hydrated.  A local snack will be provided for you as well at the end
